Hey, people and those who are fans of Vampire Knight! It seems that the official website has shown the trailer for the next season of Vampire Knight, or call it Vampire Knight Guilty. The song’s titled Rondo (Which is also sang by ON/OFF who sang the first season’s OP), and true enough it’s sound like a Rondo in classical music. The second music is Suna no Oshiro by Wakeshima Kanon who also sang the ending of the first season, which is creepy but alluring (Though I don’t want the ending part to sound incomplete like what she did to still doll.) While there are still some clips that are related in the first season, we get to see a sneak peek on what’s going to happen in the continuation of the anime series (But I find it amusing that Ichiru wearing a Cross Academy uniform with his hair tied in a ponytail is funny, even in the manga doesn’t show him having his hair like that.). But before I could spoil anyone who haven’t read or follow the manga, enjoy the trailer. It’s coming out on 6th October 2008, so be patient (For those who are anticipating the 2nd season.)

P.S.: God, I don’t think anyone would be reading this after watching the last episode of Vampire Knight. And yes, I do hate how it ends, putting too many information clumping among each other. Then what’s the use of the 2nd season if you do that, Studio DEEN?

I like where this man’s fantasies are going.

Continuing directly from last week, the scary looking guy from last week was following Haruka on behalf of her dad, and he found all of her Comiket goods as well. So Haruka runs away from home and stays with Yuuto for a day, until the house gets raided by daddy and his SPs. Yuuto proceeds to grab his sack and man-up, rawr.

I looked at my watch and eagerly awaited for the time my train was supposed to arrive. After leaving from my part-time job as well as listing files in front of my computer for seven hours, I was thinking only about the magazine in my hands and the Boom Boom Satellites CD I was listening to. As the sunset was glaring, I adjusted my sunglasses and stood in line as I got ready to board the incoming train. As was usual, the train was devoid from seated places, since it’s full with people getting back to their homes, so I sit on the ground, on the opposite side of the train door.

Then she entered…

Today is the 50th anniversary of the day instant ramen went on sale in Japan - August 25th, 1958. You may remember January of 2007 when the creator of this delicious treat, Momofuku Ando, passed away and was given a huge send-off - Yasuhiro Nakasone, former Prime Minister of Japan, even delivered the eulogy at his funeral!

This meal, sometimes the only nutrition we can manage in between bouts of anime marathons at our computer desks, is easy to take for granted; it’s easy, cheap, and has always been around (sorry to our 50+ year old readers). So, I decided to do a bit of research on this subject, and thought you might be interested in what I found out!

Lelouch, about your mother, I have something to tell you…

This episode left me with many more questions than I have answers once again. While last week was a “shit hits the fan” episode, this week we are back to setting up the next confrontation. The writers manage to reveal some supernatural tidbits along with a surprising character appearance, but only give us part of the truth. And unsurprisingly, Schniezel continues to forward his scheme for world domination.

Yeah he’s dead for reals…

Ranka catches Alto-hime and Sheryl sharing a tender moment and begins to wallow in her own self pity. Wishing that she were dead and singing with anguish in her heart Queen Ranka of the Vajra served only to prompt Ai-kun and his siblings to realize Ranka’s pain in a more physical manner. While many died Leon and Grace took advantage of chaos and Ranka only could think of herself. I confess I am really ticked off at Ranka after this episode. I can forgive her being ignorant of her own abilities, I can forgive her for being slightly emo after her heart break, but what I cannot forgive is that when shit hit the fan all Ranka could do was cry and be useless to everyone. Here was her chance to grow up take the flight deck and sing her heart out to save the fleet, instead she delivers a massacre and feels nothing for anyone else. I know she is a kid, but it was high time she grew up. Ranka can’t be a kid forever and after this I cannot honestly say I would like to see Alto-hime choose Ranka because that is the heart of the problem she is still a child mentally and utterly incapable of entering a relationship and enduring the highs and lows of it. In a battle you find the true measure of a person, you learn of who they really are, if they are crazy, craven, bold, resolute, or stupid. Ranka showed that she is still that scared little girl from the 117th Fleet 11 years ago.

Being somewhat of a Negima! fan and even more of a SHAFT fan, I was rather excited to see this being released (and even subbed!). Despite having such a long title, the new “series” happens to be just three episodes long and are based more closely on the manga rather than what SHAFT did with the series previously.
